Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for items purchased directly from auradesoi.com.

  • For India: Items must be returned within 4-5 days of the delivery date.

  • For International Orders: Items must be returned within 12-15 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Any promotional or discounted items are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Refund Request

    • Provide a reason for the return and include clear images if the item is defective or damaged.

  2. Return Authorization

    • If your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping details.

  3. Shipping the Item

    • Securely package the item and include the original receipt.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

  4. Processing the Refund

    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Personalized or customized products.
